Initiatives

The Global Breastfeeding Initiative has been established to bring together the key stakeholders in a renewed effort to overcome barriers to breastfeeding, in target countries around the world, with the ultimate aim of increasing breastfeeding rates globally.

The Anaphylaxis Initiative, an Excellence in Paediatrics (EIP) Community campaign, has been designed to fill an information gap that currently exists amongst paediatricians, parents and all those who care for children.

Individual rare diseases as infrequent per definition, but as a group they are not as rare as many of us believe. Due to their rarity, individual conditions are often hard to identify for frontline doctors.
